I just ordered a bottle of the Villa Manodori Organic Balsamic Vinegar for my cupboard! Alas, I used the last drops the other week, and well, frankly, the other stuff I scooped up at the store just isn't holding up. I've been spoiled! I'm a huge fan of this aged balsamic and can't go without it in my cupboard.
In fact, I consider balsamic vinegar to be a pantry staple. It's great for throwing together quick salad dressings and seasoning food. Just last night I made a fabulous recipe for Roasted Beets that I seasoned with the vinegar (I promise to share the recipe soon!). It also makes a great holiday gift!
