We are only one short day away from Eat My Blog, the charity bake sale to benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank that takes place tomorrow, December 5th from 10AM to 4PM at Zeke's Smokehouse! My second big announcement is that Meatless Monday is going to publish another one of my recipes on Monday! Last time they picked my Apple-Walnut Corn Muffins, but this time around, they've chosen my delicious Curried Lentils with Mint Rice!
