Charity

Domestic Divas is proud to work with several charity and non-profit organizations that address an array of issues from world hunger to disaster relief to reducing meat consumption. If you have an upcoming charity event and would like our participation, please contact with details. Here are a few of my favorite causes:

Charity And Non-Profit Organizations

Meatless Monday
A non-profit initiative associated with the Johns Hopkins' Bloomberg School of Public Health, Meatless Monday urges people to reduce meat consumption by going meatless one day a week!  The goal is to reduce meat consumption by 15 percent in order to improve our health and the health of our planet.  In support of this fabulous cause, I publish meatless recipes every Monday. Not only have my recipes been published on Meatless Monday's official website, but Domestic Divas is also featured as one of their "Bloggers On Board."  Click here to visit their website and learn more!
Eat My Blog
A biannual charity bake sale to benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank founded by Cathy of Gastronomy, Domestic Divas donates baked goods such as my famous Bacon Brownies With Bourbon Caramel Sauce and volunteers at the sale!  Check out the official Eat My Blog website for my brownie recipe and much more.  We raised $5,427 for the food bank with our last sale. Stay tuned for the next one...
